  • 01/Free Return
    Hookbag offers you hassle free returns for a full refund or replacement within 45 days from the delivery date (special products excluded).

    To qualify for a return (refund or exchange) all products require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before being returned.

    Hookbag takes full responsibility for defective items, wrong items shipped or items damaged during delivery. Customers can replace the item online by filling out the RMA form for replacement.

Return Procedure

  1. Visit our Online Returns Center and get a return mailing label and return mailing authorization. We will inform you within one business day whether your RMA is valid or not.
  2. Pack the items and return mailing authorization securely in the packing box used to deliver the item.
  3. Attach the return mailing label to the outside of the packing box (clear tape is best) and mark the RMA number on the outside of the packing box.
  4. Mail the package at your designated carrier's location. Returned goods will be processed within 7 business days (from the date Hookbag receive your returns).
